Your personal details and privacy
We totally respect your privacy (let’s face it we are all psychologists, therapists and mystics and as such have sworn a confidentiality oath!)

The booking process asks for your address details and phone numbers in case the internet fails (which it often does in West Wales) and in case we need to contact you whilst you are travelling to the campsite (which is unlikely but not impossible).

Please note that your financial details are NEVER seen or stored, by us. All our online financial transactions are handled by PAYPAL. Cheques and BACS payments are paid directly into the Amazing Lyfe account at Santander.

We will never pass on or sell your details to any third parties, as we are not after money. We are a Social Enterprise (being set up) with the intention of personal and planetary healing, growth and transformation. We are NOT profit based and we put people’s needs ahead of monetary gain. This is why we keep our prices so low, and make our work service based and our retreats are accessible to all income ranges.

Booking your wonderful retreat experience

To book your place on a retreat we will need a deposit of £100 (or full payment) and bookings must be paid in full at least 6 weeks before your retreat date. If the booking is less than 6 weeks from the date of your stay the full price of the stay will be required to secure your place, as the retreats are restricted to 12 people. This is in order to allow an appropriate facilitator-guest ratio for a beneficial and enjoyable experience. Confirmation of your booking will be sent after the deposit, or full payment, has been received.

If the balance is not paid by the due date Amazing Lyfe reserves the right to re-sell your place on the retreat and retain the deposit. The person booking, where they are booking on behalf of other people is responsible for sharing all appropriate information to their friends who are accompanying them. For example, these Terms and Conditions; the nature of the campsite; Health and Safety issues; the facilities; and the appropriate clothing, bedding and footwear they will need for maximum comfort.

Monetary Payment is taken via PAYPAL, cheque or BACS and is taken in UK Pounds Sterling only.

Changes to bookings
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to make any change to your booking. Changes must be made in writing, by email, and by the person who made the booking. If you tell us too close to the date it may not be possible to accommodate your needs.

Our Cancellation Policy
If you are sadly put in a position where you are forced to cancel your wonderful retreat and you give 6 weeks or more notice of cancellation, the total money you paid will be refunded via a cheque, or it can be used to book a retreat at a date, subject to availability, later in the year or following year. If you wish to rebook for another date for a more expensive retreat, or the prices have gone up for the following year (which we will only do if we must) you will need to pay the difference. If cancellation is less than 6 weeks from arrival date, the deposit (£100) will not be refunded but can be used as a deposit for a retreat at a later date.If cancellation is made within 3 weeks of the arrival date we cannot generally refund any payments made, as we may not be able to fill your place at such short notice. However, if someone synchronistically does book your place at the last minute, (you may have some really good Karma!) we will tell you and refund your money. Because we believe in passing on good Karma!

Any cancellation or change must be confirmed in writing / email, by the person who made the booking. We strongly advise visitors to take out full holiday insurance to cover cancellations, public liability, personal belongings, loss etc. If WE need to cancel your retreat for any reason (such as if we are due a huge snow storm with hurricanes in August, or all the belltents have been stolen by gremlins or ripped apart by giants) we shall inform you as soon as possible and refund all money paid to us, by you, within 14 days.

Welcomes and Faretheewells.
Your retreat generally begins with lunch on Friday (between 12.00pm and 1.00pm) and ends at the evening meal on Sunday (between 6.00pm and 7.00pm). You are welcome to come any time from 10.00am. If you wish to arrive earlier, please let us know to make sure someone is available to welcome you with a cool/hot drink (weather dependent) and a hug (if you like hugs).

Visitors to the Retreat Centre
We are working very hard to ensure that biodiversity is enhanced on the farm. Wildlife is encouraged, supported and planted for and local valley wild creatures are the only visitors welcome or allowed on site during retreats. Thus, depending upon the time of year, certain creatures such as bumble bees, field mice and even the dreaded spiders may enter the tents. None of them can kill you, most won’t touch you if you leave them alone. But if you can’t stand them please don’t kill them if they are making you uncomfortable, but ask someone who is at one with the wildlife to move them for you. You will soon know who those critter-loving people are…. (This does not include SHEEP – who are reportable intruders and must be REMOVED as they will eat the beautiful gardens and perhaps your bedding! Please inform a facilitator if you see a sheep within or close to the Sun/Moon camp, as they are not wild and are not ours).

As far as human visitors are concerned, these are unfortunately not welcome either, because part of the retreat process often involves emotionally and spiritually intense experiences, and we value the privacy of those who are undertaking transformative journeys. Therefore please DO NOT invite friends or family who have not booked a retreat to come on site. Otherwise they will have to be asked to leave and we do not wish to offend.

Weather and your comfort
Obviously, this is Wales, and we can’t control the weather. It may be rainy and muddy. Bearing this in mind, we are providing facilities that should keep enable all retreats to continue even in rainy weather. However, it is still camping and you are responsible for your own wellbeing and comfort regarding appropriate clothing and footwear etc. Be aware the tents are cotton canvas and in prolonged and heavy rain the tents may leak.If you have any questions about your stay and require more information before you arrive than is published on the website, please do not hesitate to contact us by telephone on 07790 643 216 or 0151 632 3261 and/or send us an e-mail using the contact form, in case we are out of a signal area.

In the unlikely event of a complaint
If you have anything to complain about, please tell a facilitator at the time, so that we can resolve your problem quickly. We want you to have an amazing retreat. Otherwise, if we can’t ensure your happiness for any reason, please address correspondence regarding complaints to;
